Description
Thank you for viewing my artwork!
Zalipie [zaˈlipjɛ] is a village in Poland, known for a local custom of painting the cottages with decorative motifs. The former home of local artist Felicja Curyłowa is perhaps one of the best examples of this tradition.

Such an amazing find and capture, Kasia! Absolutely LOVE the painting and colors of this little cottage! Reminds me of Oberammergau, Germany where they have so many gorgeous paintings of houses and business buildings in surrounding area towns! Love the light, textures, colors and scene! LF

What a charming little cottage! Love the flowers, of course, and the turquoise door and window frames, but it's probably the crookedness of everything that I find the most delightful.
